Ayumi Ueno11 June 2026予約の時間に行ったのに既に閉まっていました。やはり外国人は受け入れたくないのかなと思います。 追記：その後書かれたメールアドレスに詳細を送ったところ、子供がまだ診察していないなら診るという趣旨の連絡がありました。なぜか他のオフィスに予約されていたみたいです。私は翻訳機を使いながら電話で予約をしましたが、それが失敗だった可能性を考慮して現地に実際に予約を取りに行きました。 英語が話せない私に対して受付の方もとても親切で、診てくださった先生方もとても優しく対応してくださいました。翻訳機などを使って子供にも私にも丁寧に説明してくださいました。 メガネを取りに行く時も、テキストメッセージに電話予約をしてください、と書いてあったのですが、電話をする勇気がなくメールで予約したい旨を伝えると快く受け入れて下さいました。 子供が実際に診察を受けて、ここの印象が☆1から☆5に変わりました。Posted on Google

Hannah Cripe23 April 2018I hadn't been to an eye doctor in about 6 years because I have always hated going to the eye doctor, and would prefer going to the dentist even tho I don't like going to the dentist. My aversion to the eye doctor wasn't because of things being near my eyes, but rather the doctors and staff themselves (I've been to several and have never felt heard or like a person at any of them). Dr. McNelis and her staff were very friendly, explained everything they were doing, showed me the results of my tests, and were very encouraging. The part of the eye exam I have always hated is looking through the big machine that looks like a huge pair of glasses with several lenses because I always felt stupid when I couldn't read a letter or couldn't see much of a difference between the lenses. Other doctors would become impatient and insist there had to be a big difference between the lenses. Dr. McNelis was very friendly and patient. She also took time to talk with me to go over my options and needs. When it was time to pick out glasses the assistants were very helpful in identifying the size lenses that I would need and helped me find glasses that I would not be allergic to as I prefer metal frames to plastic frames. They were also very patient as I am very picky with how I want my glasses to look too. Everyone was very friendly, and professional. This was definitely the best experience I have had with an eye doctor, and I highly recommend McNelis for your eye care needs.Posted on Google

She exactly ehat she wanted to check and how to do it so he doesn’t get scared. imsojon14 November 2017This is is by far the best place to have your vision checked, period. I walked in there hoping Dr. McNelis could give me eyesight mirroring the likes of Superman, which, if you know anything about that particular Kansas boy you know that it's pretty good. Without skipping a beat and being the ever-so reassuring medical practitioner that she is, she responded "how about we just have a seat and see what we have going on, hmm?" Long story short, we went through various tests, including the one with the blurry hot air balloon. "It's focused!" I yelled. "It's not focused!" I quipped. I could see that Dr. McNelis was impressed, because she kept writing something on a sheet of paper. I thought it read "GOOD CANDIDATE," which must have meant I was on whatever tier needed to get the good stuff. What really made things stand out for me though was during the very last test, or "trial" as I liked to call it. Had to read a few letters on the wall, and wouldn't you know it? The smallest ones I could make out read K R Y P T N. "Oh, I know this one!" I exclaimed. It wasn't even fair, man. But I must say while I do not have the x-ray vision that I initially went in for, I do have something just as important-- a clean bill of eye health and an updated prescription for Toric contacts! **In all seriousness though, they're extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well, super nice. It's hard to find that these days, particularly when everyone's trying to sell you on a service or merch. I highly recommend this place, you'll love them!Posted on Google

After the wonderful care by the doctor and the staff, I switched my entire family. We all get our exams there yearly.
